Obesity is a condition in which extra fats accumulate in a body and causes negative effects in body. If the weight of body is 20 % higher than the body should have, then that person is called obese. The majority of people continue to eat more and gain weight. People become obese due to many reasons such as consumption of more food, sedentary lifestyle, no routine of sleep, smoking, medications that cause patient to put on more weight, obesity gene. Obesity is the root of many other diseases such as high blood pressure, stroke, metabolic syndrome, abnormal blood fats etc but still obesity is not a disease that can’t be cure. There are many tips, exercises, and perfect diet plan to overcome obesity. To live a healthy life we should eat in a balance so that we may live active and smart.
