Moisturizer – This nourishes and blocks moisture in skin cells.

Skin lightening is a procedure that aims to lighten the dark areas of the skin or achieve a generally paler skin tone. It is usually used to improve the appearance of imperfections such as birthmarks, dark patches or patches and sunburned skin.

Natural Remedies to Whiten Skin Quickly:

  1. Dry Peels of Oranges and yogurt:

The peels of oranges can be dried at home by their inclusion in the sun. Dry them until all the moisture has gone and the peels turn crisp.

Do the following:

Grind the dried orange peels in powder form.

Mix 1 tablespoon of it with 1 tablespoon of fresh yogurt and no flavor to make a paste.

Apply this paste and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Rinse with clean water.

Benefits:

  • This mask is effective for lightening skin blemishes.
  • It also helps eliminate blackheads when you massage the affected areas with a circular motion.
  1. Mask of Tomato, Yogurt and Oatmeal Flour:

This is a very effective home remedy to whiten the skin.

Ingredients: Tomato, yogurt and oats

 Instructions:

Add 1 teaspoon each of yogurt and tomato juice to a teaspoon of oatmeal.

Apply on clean skin and leave on for 15 to 20 minutes.

Rinse with cold water.

Benefits:

Yogurt has mild bleaching effects; it helps keep away imperfections and leaves the skin hydrated and supple. Oatmeal gives a natural and gentle skin and tomato juice lightens the skin naturally, in addition to being a good astringent. By rinsing the mask, you can rub it gently so that the oatmeal can remove the dead skin cells. This mask is also effective in removing tanning.

  1. Rice with Milk, Lemon juice and Honey:

Ingredients:

Milk, lemon juice and honey

Do the following:

In a small bowl Use 1 teaspoon of each ingredient and mix well.

This mask should be applied to clean skin and left for 15 to 20 minutes before rinsing. It also makes the skin very soft.

  1. Mask of Potatoes:

Use slices of potatoes or pasta like a mask or even the juice of tanned potatoes in the areas of the skin that you want to rinse can be applied twice on the skin.

Stop 15-20 minutes.

Wash with running water.

  1. Lemon Juice:

Use the freshly squeezed lemon juice in the areas affected in cash or with whole skin, and your hands as well.

Leave on for 15 -20 minutes.

Do not forget to wash the areas where you applied the mask with cold water.

Advice:

Always remember  that the lemon makes your skin more photosensitive, that is, sensitive to the sun’s rays, since it is natural bleach. Remember that the lemon juice also serves to remove dandruff.

“So do not go out in the sun immediately after applying it.”

Wait at least 5-8 hours before leaving.

And when you leave, be sure to use an umbrella and a good quality sunscreen at least 20 minutes before being sure you have effective protection against UVA and UVB rays.
