Massage with essential oils

This remedy is performed topically on the affected area.


  • 5 drops of lemon essential oil
  • 5 drops of orange essential oil
  • 7 drops of lavender essential oil


In a suitable container mix the three essential oils and spreads in both hands, previously washed and dried.

Apply on legs or where they suffer fluid retention.

Sprinkle with vigorous circular motion to allow the oils to penetrate into the pores. No rinses.

Salad greens and spices

A perfect choice to eat healthy food when you want to reduce fluid retention in your body. It is a refreshing and delicious recipe that you do not get tired to prepare and enjoy.


  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Lemon 2 tablespoons (20 ml)
  • 4 tablespoons sesame oil (56 g)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 8 black olives
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Endive or lettuce leaves
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (10 g)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped basil (10 g)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped thyme (10 g)


First crush the peeled garlic cloves in a mortar. Place in a bowl and add the lemon juice and oil.

Peel the cucumber and cut into slices. Chop tomatoes, lettuce and celery and add to the salad bowl.

Moreover finely chop parsley, thyme and basil and put them in the salad. Leave to marinate about 15 minutes.

Ginger tea, Citrus and Honey

  • ½ orange juices
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 1 cup water (250 ml)
  • 3 thin slices ginger root
