Aloe Vera and olive oil

This mask is formed by two known properties ingredients for health and beauty. Aloe Vera nourishes and regenerates the hair, promotes growth and helps dyes or excessive heat will not hurt the strands.

Olive oil gives the hair softness and acts as a protective film against damage.


  • 5 tablespoons of aloe Vera (75 g)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (32 g)

  • 1 avocado
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil (45 g)


  • Open avocado in half and remove the bone.
  • Remove the pulp and place in a bowl.
  • Mash with a fork or a mortar.
  • Add coconut oil and stir to integrate.
  • Apply to hair and let stand about 20 minutes.
  • Remove with warm water and then wash as usual.
  • Olive oil, beer and mustard

Olive oil, beer and mustard

Not to spice up a salad but to restore your hair softness you need. You can use this effective treatment twice a week and in a month or so, you will begin to see results.


  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (32 g)
  • ½ glass of beer (100 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons mustard (if you have you can use mayonnaise) (30 g)


  • Pour the olive oil and mustard in glass with beer.
  • Mix well so that you have left a kind of smooth paste.
  • Spread through your hair, focusing on the tips.
  • Let stand 30 minutes and remove with a good amount of warm water.

Fruit and yogurt

The nutrients in fruits are not only good for us to be healthy on the inside but also outside. They have wonderful antioxidant and moisturizing properties.

This recipe also carries yogurt, known for its moisturizing capabilities and to provide smoothness.


  • ½ banana
  • ½ avocado
  • 3 tablespoons plain yogurt (37 g)
  • 3 slices of peach
  • 1 capsule of vitamin E (optional)


  • Peel the bananas and cut in half. Put it in the blender jar.
  • Open avocado half and remove the pulp. Add to blender.
  • Peel and chop the peach 3 slices, which also put them in the blender.
  • Finally add the yogurt and, if you prefer, the capsule of vitamin E.

  • 1 tablespoon honey (25g)


  • Whisk the egg in a bowl with olive oil and honey.
  • Apply on the hair ends.
  • Let stand 30 minutes and remove with warm water.
  • You can repeat once a week.
