  • A tablespoon of vegetable oil first cold pressed olive oil, flax, coconut or sesame oil (14 g)
  • Ginger
  • Ceylon cinnamon powder
  • Pure cocoa powder
  • A spoonful of honey (25g)

The amounts are approximate because they are according to the appetite and lifestyle of the person. We should not be strict to enjoy our breakfast and give our body the amount needed to be satisfied without feeling too full or heavy.

The exact amount the we will see as we test and it is possible that each day will personalize our taste as we’re going to do that day, what time it is, etc.

We have three different ways to prepare this breakfast, according to our preferences, the time that we have to prepare and our digestive system:


All mixed and oil is an excellent raw vegan breakfast. However, some people have difficulty digesting raw oats.

We chew well every spoonful to not suffer bloating or heartburn. It is the fastest way to prepare it.


In this case, boil oats with vegetable drink for 10 minutes, we’ll let cool slightly and add the remaining ingredients in oil.

It is a slightly more sophisticated option, but much easier to digest. It is ideal for cold days as it gives us a lot of heat.


The third option is to beat all the ingredients for 3 minutes for fast, digestive and also very comfortable to wear breakfast.

It is the best choice for those who do not have much appetite on waking, as we can take and go taking it slowly.

If we wish, we can let oats soaked overnight so that the batter is even easier to digest.

People who cannot eat oats can replace buckwheat, a very healthy and nutritious food, gluten-free, we can cook for 20 minutes to include in our super breakfast.
